Building on EuroCC1 & EuroCC2 to Shape The Next Phase and Enhance Collaboration with AI Factories

NCC Cyprus, in collaboration with CASTIEL 2 and the EuroCC2 PMT, is hosting the EuroHPC Summit Satellite Event 2026 on March 13, 2026, in Paphos, Cyprus. The event brings together European National Competence Centres (NCCs) to support the transition from EuroCC2 to EuroCC3 and to strengthen collaboration within the AI Factories and AI Factory Antennas ecosystem.

The workshop will provide a space for NCC representatives to exchange insights from the Summit, align on future priorities, and coordinate activities across training, industry, and communication working groups. Through plenary discussions and focused parallel sessions, participants will explore practical ways to enhance cooperation and build a more connected European HPC and AI ecosystem.

Practical Tips

Airport Transfers: Shuttle transfers to and from the airport will operate from the day before the Summit until the day after. On March 13th, buses will transfer participants from the hotel to the airport.
Weather: March in Paphos is typically mild, with daytime temperatures of 17–22 °C and evening temperatures around 12–15 °C. A light jacket is recommended.
Connectivity: EU mobile roaming rules apply (“Roam Like at Home”). Complimentary Wi-Fi will be available at the venue.
Electricity: Cyprus uses UK Type-G electrical plugs. Participants are advised to bring appropriate adapters if necessary.
Driving: Vehicles in Cyprus drive on the left-hand side of the road.
